Great Pyramid Productions is Tim's television, video and seminar production company that was developed to produce Parade of Homes TV, SM3 Success Seminars and Video productions services which now include AdvancediMarketing.com, and SM3SucessTV.com. Since 2003 some 300+ episodes of Parade of Homes TV were produced. In 1998 Tim hosted 4 hours of Mind Control Training for PBS-Chicago. Current development includes a Talk Show, a Game Show, a Sit-com, and three feature films.

Parade of Homes TV, produced by Great Pyramid Productions, was developed as a Value-added Service by Tim in 2003 when he was Associate District Manager for GMAC Mortgage in Lake Havasu City, AZ. By marketing through the TV Show and exceptional training programs, increases in loans for real estate purchase were 2725% year-over-year and over 5900% in refinance business, going from zero to number 4 in the county only behind Countrywide, Wells Fargo and Chase.
