Great Pyramid Productions is Tim's production company that was developed to produce Parade of Homes TV. Since 2003 some 300+ episodes were produced. Current development includes a Talk Show, a Game Show, a Sit-com, and three feature films.

Parade of Homes TV, produced by Great Pyramid Productions, was a value-added service Tim developed from scratch in 2003 when he was Associate District Manager for GMAC Mortgage and opened a new office for them in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Increases were 2725% year-over-year in overall business.

Even though Tim Zimmerman has been in Mortgage Banking and Finance since 1986, Tim has continued his involvement in Personal Growth and Development as a Professional Trainer since the late 70's, initially being trained to teach all five Dale Carnegie Courses, Silva Mind Development, Success Path Education, Landmark Education, Advanced Raja Yoga, and much more.
